We can ship anywhere in the US! When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. All custom furniture orders takes 8-10 weeks and are freight shipped. Shipping rates for furniture are calculated through the freight company. We do offer white glove delivery service for furniture.
If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days with all original packaging, tags, and receipt. Please email email@example.com and we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive the item and have inspected it to make sure there are no damages we will refund your items using your original method of payment.
Return of defective items:
Please take a photo of the damaged item and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your contact information. A sales associate will contact you within 24 hours to give you further instructions.
